§ 40-5. Control of traffic in work zone.

All construction, repair projects, or activities of any kind upon the roadways, sidewalks or surrounding areas affecting the passage of vehicles or pedestrians on roadways shall require paid Westwego Police details as determined after consultation with the Westwego Chief of Police. The entity performing the work shall be responsible for the payment of the police details.
