§ 40-6. Solid and/or liquid waste to be contained during transportation.

(a)

All vehicles transporting solid and/or liquid waste within the city limits, including, but not limited to, garbage trucks, dumpsters and similar containers utilized to contain solid and/or liquid waste, must contain all solid and/or liquid waste within the vehicle and/or container at all times until the waste is properly removed from the vehicle and/or container at an appropriate dump site.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for a vehicle transporting and/or a container holding solid and/or liquid waste to spill solid and/or liquid waste onto city streets.
