§ 38-18. Same—Sidewalk sweepings.

The owner or occupant of any premises or his servant, agent or employee shall take up, or cause to be taken up, all sweepings from the premises or sidewalks abutting said premises owned or occupied by him, so that such sweepings shall not under any circumstance reach the drains, gutters or roadways.
