§ 38-17. Special regulations—Flammable materials.

The producers of such waste materials as celluloid trimmings, motion picture films, rags or other materials soaked with gasoline, kerosene or other flammable materials shall place such materials in metal containers with tight covers and remove them for disposal as instructed by the mayor and city council.
