§ 38-16. Same—Permits; requirements.

All vehicles transporting commercial or household refuse shall be provided with permits from the mayor and city council authorizing the use of such vehicles for such purposes. All vehicles with open or stake bodies must have a cover to prevent the littering of streets with refuse.
