§ 38-15. Transportation of garbage, trash, refuse—Operation of vehicle so as to cause spillage prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle or other mobile equipment to operate the same in such a manner as to cause the spillage, dropping or casting upon the streets, sidewalks or public ways any earth, materials or other substances, or in any other manner to create nuisances by the operation of such vehicle or mobile equipment.
