Chapter 33. REGULATED ACTIVITIES—CITY WHARFS, PIERS AND BACK-DOWN RAMPS

§ 33-5. Display of vessel number.

Latest version.

Every boat and vessel shall have displayed on each side a valid state department of wildlife and fisheries registration certificate number or USCG identification number and shall be required to show proof of residency to use the city owned wharfs, docks or piers.
