Chapter 33. REGULATED ACTIVITIES—CITY WHARFS, PIERS AND BACK-DOWN RAMPS

§ 33-4. Loading or unloading and repair.

Latest version.

No person shall place on any of the wharves of the city any material of any kind except for the purpose of loading or unloading or repair of vessels. However, any material placed upon any wharf, dock or pier for the purpose of loading or unloading shall not remain on the wharf for longer than 12 hours after having been placed there. Any person allowing material to remain on any wharf, dock or pier for a longer time than is provided herein is guilty of a separate offense and shall be fined for each day the material remains in violation hereof.
