Chapter 33. REGULATED ACTIVITIES—CITY WHARFS, PIERS AND BACK-DOWN RAMPS

§ 33-6. Rental and docking fees.

The city council shall have the authority to fix a schedule of fees for all boats or vessels docking, mooring, parking, or using back-down ramps at any wharf property owned or controlled by the city and authorizes the collection of the fees.
