§ 22-80. Stacking of cars on lots, grounds for revocation of license.
Latest version.
It is hereby ordered that no business engaged in the sale or repair of vehicles stack automobiles for purposes of storage or display; and that said businesses be further required to maintain separate spaces for parking said automobiles to provide for greater accessibility without causing undue interference with public ways; and that continued practice of stacking be considered grounds for revocation of the business license of the dealership.
