§ 22-79. Same—Annual license permit required; application for permits; minimum requirements between rows.

(a)

All persons or entities operating used car lots within the corporate limits of the city for the sale of motor vehicles shall secure an occupational license for retail sales from the city.

(b)

Owners of used car lots within the city shall make application for their license permits between January 1 and 15 of each year.

(c)

Between each row of used cars on each used car lot there shall be maintained a space for passage of at least 12 feet. This regulation shall override any parking regulations relative to used car lots contained within the comprehensive zoning regulations set forth in chapter 34, article II.
