§ 8-71. Keeping or raising large animals or fowl near residences—General restriction; parish health unit permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, raise, or stable any large animal or fowl within 300 feet of any occupied residence or public building without obtaining a permit from the parish health unit.
