§ 40-3. Restrictions on car, truck, and heavy machinery repair within incorporated city limits; fines.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for persons to work on cars, trucks or other heavy machinery on the side of the street or shoulder within the incorporated limits of the city unless such persons possess a valid occupational license and such repairs cannot be made elsewhere.

(b)

The phrase "cannot be made elsewhere" means the nature of the repair is such that the car, truck, or heavy machinery cannot be moved unless such repairs are made.
