§ 26-62. Operating a vehicle, defective persons.

No person who is mentally or physically deficient or who is under the influence of liquor, narcotics, drugs or medication to such an extent that his ability to safely operate a vehicle is impaired shall be permitted to operate any such vehicle upon the streets of the city.
