§ 26-61. Operating a vehicle recklessly prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in a reckless manner upon the public streets of the city.

(b)

Reckless operation of a vehicle is the operation of any motor vehicle, aircraft, vessel or other means of conveyance in a criminally negligent or reckless manner within the corporate limits of the city.
