§ 26-45. Parking regulations, exceptions for disabled vehicles.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the driver of any vehicle that is disabled so as to make it impossible to avoid stopping and leaving the vehicle thus parked. However, the driver shall remove the vehicle as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours and until it is removed, it is his responsibility to protect traffic on such street or road.
