§ 26-44. Parking of vehicles containing odorous food products or refuse prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any cars, trucks or any other vehicles to park on any of the main highways or streets within the incorporated limits of the city when said vehicles contain any kind of seafood or any other odorous food products or refuse of any kind which drips or drains upon the streets or highways of the city.
