§ 8-19. Using or riding animals in city, general regulations.

  • (a)

    Any person who uses or rides an animal so as to endanger the lives of persons, or damages the property of another in the city shall be guilty of violating this section.

    (b)

    The term "use of animals" in this section means the riding or allowing the riding of horses in a manner which may cause harm to person or property, or allowing cattle to roam at large, thereby causing damage to property.

    (c)

    Any person who allows cattle to roam at large, thereby causing damage to property, shall be guilty of violating this section.
