§ 4-136. Alcoholic beverage licensees exempted from general state Sunday closing laws.

Any and all persons licensed to and selling, serving or dispensing alcoholic beverages are exempt from complying with the provisions of R.S. 51:191 and 51:192, relative to selling alcoholic beverages on Sunday; and said establishments may sell alcoholic beverages at any time not specifically prohibited by law.
