§ 4-83. Permits for schools, churches, nonprofit organizations for annual fairs or special events.

  • (a)

    The mayor shall issue special permits for schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations for their annual fairs or special occasions to sell beer or liquor at any place named in the permit.

    (b)

    Applications for special permits shall be furnished by the city.

    (c)

    The special permit shall be valid for a period not to exceed three days.

    (d)

    The mayor shall send out the application for a special permit, which shall name the organization and officers thereof and the location and days for which the permit shall be valid.
