§ 4-32. Renewal of alcoholic beverage permit, procedure, date due; delinquent penalties and interest.

Persons holding permits under this article shall file applications for renewal thereof
for the ensuing year and pay the permit fee on or before November 1 of each year.
If a dealer fails to file the application and pay the permit fee by that date, there
shall be added to other penalties a delinquent penalty of five percent, if the failure
is for not more than 30 days, with additional five percent for each additional 30
days or fraction thereof during which the failure continues. If the dealer fails to
make his application before December 31, the city council may, without notice or hearing,
suspend his right to do business.
