§ 4-28. Notice of application to be posted.

Notice shall be posted at any location which has requested a license to sell alcohol. This notice shall be posted at the location which has requested the license not less than 30 days prior to the hearing for purposes of granting or denying said license. The notice shall contain, but is not limited to, information that an application for an alcoholic beverage permit has been made in the area, that a hearing will be held at which time any interested person may voice concerns, and that interested persons should contact city hall for the hearing date and time.
