§ 44-201. Pretreatment of waste prior to discharge.

Pretreatment of waste prior to discharge may be required by the city pursuant to section 44-246(3), or by a permit issued pursuant to sections 44-232 through 44-240, as such pretreatment may be employed by the discharger and used in order to comply with the prohibitions and limitations set forth in section 44-124(a), 44-151, or 44-177. In any of these or other cases where pretreatment is employed or required, the pretreatment process shall comply with the requirements of this division.
