§ 38-4. Containers sufficient for accumulation of one week's garbage and trash required.

(a)

Owners, agents and occupants of all premises shall provide sufficient containers for the storage, in a sanitary manner, of one week's accumulation of garbage and trash.

(b)

Owners and agents of all premises which consist of seven or more residential units shall provide dumpster sufficient for the storage, in a sanitary manner, of one week's accumulation of garbage and trash, for use by the occupants of said premises.
