§ 33-1. Wharfing, mooring and docking.

  • Recreational and commercial fishing boats and vessels owned by a resident of the city may dock, load and unload at any wharf or pier owned or controlled by the city. No boat, barge or vessel shall remain moored at any city owned wharf, dock or pier for more than 12 hours for any purpose, except upon written approval of the mayor. All freight, goods, materials, nets or gear of any kind unloaded on a city owned wharf or dock shall be removed within 12 hours.
