§ 32-1. Permit required for groups using parks, public areas.

It shall be mandatory for every corporation, two or more individuals, entity, group of individuals, organization or organizations, desiring to use any public park, place or building within the corporate limits of the city to secure a permit of authorization from the mayor and city council prior to the use of such public park, place or building.
