§ 30-43. Billing; payment.

At the completion of any work performed pursuant to this chapter, the proprietary party and/or owner of the premises shall be sent a bill by certified mail, return receipt requested, by personal or domiciliary service made by any authorized personnel of the city, or by any other reasonable method of notification, itemizing the cost of the work in accordance with this chapter. The proprietary party and/or owner of the premises shall be given 30 days from receipt thereof to make payment to the city.
