§ 30-2. Smoke, soot, and dust prohibited; violations, penalties.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to create a nuisance due to the creation of unnecessary smoke, soot, or dust to the extent of causing injury or damage to any person who may reside in the vicinity thereof or any property, real or personal, that may be situated in or near the location where the smoke, soot, or dust was created.
