The following positions are created to be appointed by the mayor and approved by the city council:

Senior center coordinator.

(2)

Recreation department.

(3)

Streets and drainage department.

(4)

Wastewater and sewage department.

(5)

Water department.

(6)

Farmer and fisheries department.
