§ 2-53. Increase in salaries.

The annual compensation for the mayor, mayor pro tem, and councilmembers shall increase at the rate of two percent effective July 1, 2009, and on July 1 each year thereafter. The annual compensation for the chief of police shall be equal to that of the mayor effective August 1, 2009.
