§ 26-160. Permit required for moving buildings on city streets; permit fee.

(a)

No person shall move any building over, along or across any highway, street or alley in the city without first obtaining a permit from the city clerk.

(b)

The cost of obtaining the permit shall be as established by the city council from time to time.
