§ 26-97. Deferral.

  • Any person cited for violation of rules and regulations of the Louisiana Highway Regulatory Act (R.S. 32:1 et seq.) in the discretion of the city attorney may have the prosecution deferred upon payment of an administrative fee not to exceed $250.00 for each violation. The city attorney, in his discretion, may defer the prosecution thereof for 180 days upon payment of the administrative fee and submission of proof of the compliance regarding the violations cited.
