§ 26-6. Overloaded vehicles, permits required; bond required.

(a)

Any person desiring to move loads exceeding 14,000 pounds within the corporate limits of the city, shall secure a permit from the mayor.

(b)

A cash bond shall be required for the value of the street in order to cover any damage which may occur to the street from the overload.
