§ 26-46. Officers authorized to remove illegally parked vehicles.

Any police officer who finds a vehicle illegally parked on a street, lane or alley which obstructs traffic or creates a hazard, is hereby authorized to move it, have it moved, or to require the person in charge of such vehicle to move it.
