§ 26-17. Additional speed limitations.

In addition to the specific speed limitations herein provided or authorized, no person shall drive a vehicle on any street or public way within the city at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions and potential hazards then existing, having due regard for the traffic on, and the surface and width of the street or public way on which he is traveling, and the conditions of the weather.
