§ 22-75. Permits required for construction of business or industrial buildings; permit fee.
(a)
A special permit must be obtained before construction of business or industrial buildings. All applications for special permits for the construction of business or industrial buildings shall be approved by the mayor and city council at the regular monthly meeting or at a special meeting called by the mayor.
(b)
After an application for the construction of business or industrial buildings is approved by the mayor and city council, the city clerk shall issue the permit for a minimum fee of $25.00. Higher fees may be assessed by the mayor and city council depending upon the type of use or building permit applied for.
