Chapter 20. HISTORIC DISTRICT AND COMMISSION

§ 20-12. Overhanging balconies.

Latest version.

No overhanging balconies or galleries may be removed, but new or additional balconies may be erected if they conform to the distinctive architecture of the historic district. The permits for all such new construction or any renovation shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter.
