§ 18-88. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Food service operation means any building, place or mobile unit used for the purpose of manufacture, preparation, or service of any food product or beverage to the public.

    Food service operator means any person, firm, company, partnership or corporation who manufactures, prepares, serves or offers for sale any food or beverage product to the public.
