§ 16-108. Hazardous materials, storage and disposal of, permits required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to store and/or dispose of any hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, toxic, biological, chemical, explosive, pathogenic and pesticides, within the incorporated area of the city without having submitted an application to the city council ten days before said material shall be brought in the corporate limits of the city or disposed of within the city.
