§ 12-30. Illegal posting.

(a)

No person shall commit the crime of illegal posting.

(b)

Illegal posting is the posting or the placing and/or maintaining of posted signs on property by anyone other than:

(1)

The owner or his duly authorized agent or representative.

(2)

The lessee or his duly authorized agent or representative.
