§ 10-229. Transportation lines declared.

Latest version.

The following are declared transportation lines within the incorporated limits of the city:
(1)

Any pipeline designed and constructed for the transportation of natural gas at a gauge pressure of more than 50 pounds per square inch, or with a diameter greater than six inches.

(2)

Any electrical transmission line designed and constructed for the transportation of electric current at a voltage higher than 66,000 volts.
