§ 10-183. Investigation fees.

Whenever any work for which a permit is required under the provisions of this Code has commenced without proper permit authorizing the same, an investigation shall be made. The investigation fee shall not be less than $30.00 and not more than $200.00, in addition to the original required permit fees. The amount of the investigation fee shall be determined by the code official.
