§ 10-148. Failure to comply.
(a)
Any person who shall fail to correct any defect in his work or to meet the required standards after having been given notice of the unfit condition by the city electrician, within a reasonable time, shall be refused any other permit until such defect has been corrected and shall be subject to revocation of license for continual defective work, or either, upon conviction for violation of the provisions of this article.
(b)
Upon failure to comply with this article, the city electrician shall have authority, after due notice, to cut out electric current in the locality concerned.
