§ 10-109. Electrical inspector—Establishment of office; qualifications and compensation.

  • There is hereby created the office of electrical inspector who shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to the confirmation of the city council. The electrical inspector shall have had at least two years' experience as an electrician, shall be versed in the approved methods of electrical construction for safety of life and property and the National Electrical Code. He shall receive such compensation as the mayor and city council may decide.
