§ 10-9. Reinspection fees.

(a)

In all cases where reinspections are requested by the permit holder (or agent) or a reinspection is mandated by the code official, the reinspection fees shall be in amounts as established by the mayor and city council from time to time, and shall apply for all trades (building, electrical, gas, mechanical and plumbing).

(b)

Failure to pass successfully the fourth reinspection shall prompt a review of the contractor's license by the code official. Said review may result in the suspension of the contractor's license.
