§ 10-13. Buildings moved into city; conformance with building, plumbing and electrical codes.

Latest version.

Any building moved within the corporate limits of the city, or from outside the city limits into the city, shall be remodeled to conform to all building, plumbing or electrical code requirements within 90 days of such moving. Until it is certified as being in conformance with such codes, it shall not be occupied.
